Variable Speed Control

Our Shot Blast Machines are equipped with Variable Speed Control. This enables us to meet our various customer requirements:

• Improves consistency from part to part.
• Ability to adjust for various amounts of flash, rust or scale removal.  
• Reduce visibility of casting imperfections.
• Increases Intensity levels for Shot Peening (see graph below).
