T-5 Heat Treating

Saran can provide T-5 Heat Treating to castings, and machining components. We offer the highest quality with a very quick turn-around time to meet customer demands.

The Heat Treating process is a low temperature, annealing process. We provide stress relief T-5 artificial ageing up to 600F. Our high volume recirculation blowers evenly distribute the heat throughout the work chamber.

We utilize highly-functional dual loop programmable oven controllers to control YOUR T-5 Heat Treat process. The process is able to be monitored with our paperless chart and data recorders. The recorders display and record real-time temperature data during the process and each recorder is capable of monitoring 16 sample points within each oven.
