T-5 Heat Treatment

Saran can provide T-5 Heat Treatment to castings, and machining components. We offer the highest quality with a very quick turn-around time to meet customer demands.

The T-5 heat treating process is a low temperature, annealing process. We provide stress relief T-5 artificial aging up to 600F. Our high volume recirculation blowers evenly distribute the heat throughout the work chamber.

We utilize highly-functional dual loop programmable oven controllers to control YOUR heat treat process. The process is able to be monitored with our paperless chart and data recorders. The recorders display and record real-time temperature data during the process and each recorder is capable of monitoring 16 sample points within each oven.
