Aquence® Coatings

Aquence is a chemical coating used in a process where an organic polymeric emulsion chemically deposits on the surface of a clean ferrous substrate.  One unique advantage among common application methods is its ability to uniformly coat large volumes of densely racked or complex shaped metal parts with fewer process steps and controls.  Another unique feature of Aquence is the formation of a uniform film over the entire surface of the work piece, even in difficult-to-reach areas.

Autodeposition Examples

Adding simplicity in a coating process design and control are critical to providing value. Aquence Coatings can improve the total value and productivity of manufacturing operations, meets Automotive OEM Industry Specifications, is a cost effective-high quality coating, replaces E-Coat on steel components, and Ideal for coating vehicle interior and chassis components, where appearence is important. It also meets the stringent environmental requirements for today and tomorrow.
